!!!Summer Gospel Explosion!!!
4tified is teaming up with the "Anointed Voices of Ford Temple", "Heritage Fellowship Church Choir", "Heavenly Praise Team", and featured soloist Deaconess Juanita Williams for an evening of Gospel Explosion on Aug 7th at 7pm. Escape the heat of the summer by coming inside of the beautiful Franklin Parks Performing Arts Center for an evening you will not forget. You can guarantee there will be enough energy to keep the place rocking all evening. Check out all the details here and please get your tickets soon as seating is limited. We hope to see everyone there! (Special note: Chris Geiger will be singing tenor and this will probably be the only appearance of 4tified in 2010 while we continue our search for a new tenor)
4tified In Search of Tenor
Yes, you read that correctly, 4tified is indeed in search of a new tenor. Chris Geiger (4tified tenor for the last 3 years) has decided after much thought and prayer, that he needs to pull back on his commitments and drop from the group. Please read here for more details on how all of you can help us find the next member of 4tified!
Our Mission
What began as a means to provide special music to minister to the congregation at Loudoun Valley Church of the Nazarene in Hillsboro, VA, grew into a full-fledged ministry when the Lord spoke to the four members in an unmistakable way. Almost on a whim, we entered a Gospel music contest hosted by the Wilson's and the Whisnant's in Winchester, VA in the Spring of 1999, expecting nothing more than an opportunity to listen to some good Gospel music, and get an honest assessment of our musical ability. Once the shock of winning the contest wore off, we were faced with a challenge: Are we going to listen to such an obvious message, or blindly ignore what the Lord had planned for us?
4tified has been performing Sunday morning worship services and holding concerts ever since. We are happy to minister to anyone that asks, but feel a special calling to minister at small churches and local concerts that are sometimes overlooked by more well-known, full-time musical artists.
4tified neither asks for, nor expects to receive any fees or payment of any kind in return for its ministry. We are sustained by our faith in the Lord's promise that He will always provide for the needs of those that seek Him.
